What is the cancellation policy?.

There isn’t one!

At Think Panther we understands life happens. people get sick, you get a call from nursery saying your child’s temperature has gone up 0.00000001 of a degree, you forget you were meant be somewhere, you book the wrong date or time in the calendar… these things happen. If a session needs to be moved due to unforeseen circumstances we are more than happy to help.

Offering to still pay a practitioner for a very short notice cancellation or no show is completely fine. A practitioner may still refuse payment based on the circumstance. We care about peoples health and wellbeing. Being charged for services you did not receive is not particularly therapeutic…. Especially if the cancellation circumstance is already stressful.

The only caveat is repeat offense without explanation may result in the inability to access any future services at Think Panther.
