Can my sports therapy session be only massage?

Yes absolutely

Which session length should i book?

30 Mins - One specific area or issue. (Example - left shoulder discomfort when doing….)

45 Mins - Two smaller areas (Example - Calves, Shoulders, Forearms)

60 Mins - Larger areas, multiple issues or a long period of time between treatments (Example - Quads, Lower back issue, I haven’t had treatment for months and my shoulders are in bits)

Can i combine dry needling, sports massage and corrective exercise in the same session?

100%. if it’s a persistent issue that’s arising during a movement we will mostly likely want to see it in action, we can then correct any technique issues or see where the root cause is coming from

How do i know which treatment is right for me?

During an initial appointment we make layered decision about your rehab or recovery. If we feel certain treatment types may not be beneficial we will use alternative methods. In certain cases we will onward refer to specialists if we feel it is more suited to your recovery
